What is the cost of shipping and delivery ETAs?

Canada:

$20 Express Shipping (ETA 5-8 days). All orders are dispatched with Canada Post Expedited shipping service.

North America EXCLUDING Canada:

$15 Express Shipping (ETA 5-10 days). Orders are shipped from within the USA with USPS tracked shipping service.

Outside of North America:

$20 Regular Shipping (ETA 3-6 days).

How will my purchase appear on my credit card or bank statement?

When you make a purchase using WAAVE, you will see WAAVE TECHNOLOGIES on your credit card or bank statement. This helps in clearly identifying the transaction to avoid any confusion.

How secure / easy / discreet / fast are the different methods of payment?

We utilize fully secured Credit Card processing services from major banks. Your payment is secure and encrypted, ensuring a smooth and protected transaction.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card (USA only), WAAVE, cash, INTERAC email transfer (Canada only), and Bank to Bank transfers (Australia).

What is the status of my current payment?

You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed, including credit card, Interac transfer, or upon receipt of cash.

What currency do you charge in?

All Credit Card payments are processed in USD.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

What do orders look like when they are packaged?

Each seed is individually blister packed, ensuring protection from damage and environmental factors. Customers can choose to receive orders in our original boxes or opt for discreet packaging.

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box address?

Yes, we ship to any address that the postal service delivers to, including P.O. Boxes. Courier shipments may require a signature.

How long does it take for an order to be processed?

Orders are typically processed on the same day, with shipping occurring within 24 hours.

How can I arrange for my order to be sent with special shipping instructions?

We ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

What is the cost of postage and insurance?

Regular shipments are not insured, but we offer reshipment or refunds for courier service if your order is lost or stolen. Contact us if your package has not arrived as expected.

How do I change my address?

Your address is input at the time of purchase. After shipment, it is not possible to change the shipping address.
